Reservation form for Massage Studio Prague

The reservation can be made under the condition of filling in 3 of your CURRENT mandatory data, I.e. “First Name and Surname“, “Mobile Number”  and “email“. Otherwise, the reservation is not possible. If you would like to cancel this BINDING reservation, it is only possible via the CANCEL link sent to you in the “MarieKarolína – Confirmation of your reservation” email.

PROCEDURE:

Step 1. Service (Service)

1. Select a Category of massage/therapy. (you can also choose Service, i.e. Service)
2. Optional – if you only want the service on a specific day, remove the “tick” from the other days. Alternatively, select the working day on which you want to order in the calendar. (I am available at or from). Or you can also adjust the start time of the service or, conversely, when the service should end.

     Step 3. – Details
     

     Fill in the required three mandatory fields. If you do not want to enter any note, continue with the “NEXT” button.

     Step 4. – Payment
     

     A summary of the reserved service data will appear. If you are not ordering a service via a Gift Voucher, then you do not have a coupon. Continue with the “Go to checkout” button. Payment via the payment gateway can be made: bank transfer (including QR payment), Master card, Visa card, Apple pay, Google pay.

     Step 5. – Confirmation
     

     Complete recap of your booking. IF you have a choice, choose the type of payment (Payment on the spot by cash OR Cashless – payment gateway). You are informed about this in this 5th step. Carefully familiarize yourself with the General business conditions and Contraindications. Tick ​​that you have met them. Confirm with the “SEND ORDER” button.

     This has sent your booking request to the system. In the case of “Cashless – payment gateway” payment, make the payment. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a recap and a link to cancel the reservation.
